Address: 7 locations across Saint Paul and additional mobile team

Hours vary across sites, but services are available
Mon-Fri: 8 AM to 4 PM for any youth ages 11-22

Services Include
Urgent care, teen primary care including sports physicals and vaccinations, birth control or other sexual health appointments, vaccinations, flu shots, mental health support, psychiatry, nutrition counseling, fitness instruction and health education

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency Special Enrollment Period
MNsure is offering a special enrollment period (SEP) for qualified individuals who are currently without insurance in response to the potential growth of coronavirus (COVID-19) cases. This SEP will allow uninsured individuals 30 days to enroll in health insurance coverage through MNsure.
This SEP runs Monday, March 23 through Tuesday, April 21.
