If you are ill, stay home from work, school, or other social events.
Get tested if you are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 using one of the following options:
- Minnesota Department of Health Community Testing Sites
- A limited number of free tests are available for residential households from the US Government – fill out this COVID Test Request Form to request yours be shipped by mail.
- Come to your MCC clinic site for testing (see addresses below)
CALL FIRST: If you’ve experienced any of the following in the past 2 weeks call before coming into the clinic: fever, cough, shortness of breath, have been exposed to COVID-19. The phone numbers are listed below.
