Feeling down, stressed, or anxious? Maybe you’ve been finding yourself feeling stuck, unsure of where to go or what to do. You don’t have to struggle and carry your burden alone; we have trained professionals who are here to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to be yourself and feel heard and seen.
Meet with a therapist one-on-one – whether in-person at one of our many locations, or via telehealth – to work through your worries, process experiences, and learn new skills to tackle the challenges you may be presented with.

Our interns and pre-licensed clinicians are in the process of completing the supervised clinical hours required for full licensure. Working under the guidance of experienced, fully licensed professionals, they provide skilled and compassionate care. This is a great option for clients seeking support with life transitions, anxiety, identity development, trauma, or stress-related concerns.
